We are “Out of Scotland – into Africa”! Having spent the last 25 years holidaying in The Gambia we have now built our dream home along with 4 letting apartments and would like to welcome you to share with us this warm and hospitable country. Here there are no strangers – just friends you’ve never met before. In a quiet residential area just 100m from the main highway and close to Bijilo school & Baobab bar and restaurant we’re ideally situated for the discerning traveller – not just another hotel bound tourist A short walk past Bijilo Forest will take you to the beach , a wonderfully unspoilt stretch of sand,  giving you a chance to spot monkeys and exotic birds on the way. The main tourist area of Senegambia is just over a mile and here you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Taxis run frequently from the top of the road.
	Our apartments “Oriole”, “Swift” “Pelican” & “Osprey” are set around a small swimming pool surrounded by colourful gardens. Each apartment has private veranda, modern shower room, bedroom with powerful ceiling fan and a sitting room with T.V. showing news, sport & films.  Pelican and Osprey have 4burner ovens and Oriole and Swift have microwave ovens plus all the necessary crockery and cutlery for self-catering. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
Serviced daily by our excellent friendly staff you can rest assured our reputation for cleanliness and hospitality are second to none. Please note we do not take singles or children unless in a group. Taking a maximum of 8 guests allows us, and our staff, to anticipate your every need so why not get together with a group of like-minded friends/family and take on the 4 apartments as a group? It would be like having your own place in the sun! Special rates are available.
